Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
All Sales are final. This product is custom made and not eligible for a return, exchange or refund. All custom work will be replicated off the image(s) provided by the purchaser. If your item arrives damaged, or you have any problems with your order, please contact katiemaclinart@gmail.com.
Care of your Watercolor
Watercolors are best preserved in a frame, under glass. Glass will help protect the painting from dust and moisture. Make sure your mat is 100% acid free. Watercolors are vulnerable to moisture and light. Keep your painting out of direct sunlight and fluorescent lights to avoid fading.
Shipping and Local Pick-up
Your order will be complete and ready to ship in 2-4 weeks! All orders will be packaged in a waterproof sleeve and will be mailed through the United States Postal Service. All orders will ship for FREE within the United States Territory. If you're local and would like to pick-up please arrange with me at the time of ordering.
