Custom Home Watercolor Paintings
Home is where the heart is! The perfect piece of art to remember your first home, childhood home or the home you currently love and make memories in. Custom, hand-drawn, home watercolor painting (unframed) by Katie Maclin on cold pressed, 140 lb. watercolor paper. Painting will be based off the photo provided. Will include an optional line of calligraphy, hand-written at the bottom. Perfect for writing the address, "est." year, etc.
Image(s) and inquieries must be sent to katiemaclinart@gmail.com to begin work on your order. Please include any special requests at the time of purchase. Your painting will be completed and ready to ship in 2-4 weeks from the time I receive your payment AND image(s).

Care of your Watercolor
Watercolors are best preserved in a frame, under glass. Glass will help protect the painting from dust and moisture. Make sure your mat is 100% acid free. Watercolors are vulnerable to moisture and light. Keep your painting out of direct sunlight and fluorescent lights to avoid fading.
Refund, Return and Exchange Policy
All Sales are final. This product is custom made and not eligible for a return, exchange or refund. All custom work will be replicated off the image(s) provided by the purchaser. If your item arrives damaged, or you have any problems with your order, please contact katiemaclinart@gmail.com.
Local Pick-up and Shipping
Your order will be complete and ready to ship in 2-4 weeks! All orders will be packaged in a waterproof sleeve and will be mailed through the United States Postal Service.
